INFORMATION
Imperial Company DOO Skopje is a company in 100% private property. It is located at the shore of the Veles lake MLADOST along the high way to Greece.
The company produces and processes agricultural and forest products, including the following agricultural products: mushrooms-champignons, chilies, gherkins, peppers, carrots, cabbage, etc. and forest mushrooms - chanterelle, boletus, etc.
Agro-industrial factory built for this purpose, was built of hard material, with total surface of 3.500 - 4.000 m2, the building is 1.420 m2, and other 250 m2 can be built, too (there is a building permission) and also other 7.800 m2 land.
The complex has 3 production halls, 2 processing and preserving halls, 2 storage houses, drying premises, restaurant and a room for changing clothes for employees, laboratory, guard's room, boiler room, offices, etc.
The complex has equipment for production of mushrooms-champignons, the equipment for processing, preserving, pasteurizing, digital drying room, boiler room, cutting machine, packing machine, etc.
Our business goal is to widen the production capacities, defining the existing ones and planning new products in future.
The strategy of the company is to become one of the greatest producers and exporters of the planned products as ecologically clear and healthy food.
The company faces with lack of turnover, part of the necessary equipment, rebuilding the existing building and building a complex for country tourism. We want to ask you about your idea in relation with the country tourist building. To accomplish the goals, the Company has decided to quest an investitures who will invest in these agro-industrial complex, or a partner for common investments, partnerships or joint venture.
For the other things an agreement will be concluded.
